Charming. Well-dressed. Smiling just a little too much. Councilman Valentine is the kind of public figure who remembers your birthday, compliments your shoes, and always seems to know exactly what you want to hear. He’s polished, professional, and often described as “the face” of the Flamingo Springs Council.

And yet… there’s something off about him. Something too practiced. Too perfect.

Valentine claims to want what’s best for Flamingo Springs—stability, tradition, and strong leadership—but his definition of “best” often shifts depending on who’s asking. He’s a master of political spin, known for welcoming newcomers with open arms while quietly pulling strings behind the curtain. His speeches are inspiring. His handshakes are warm. And his eyes are always calculating.

When a new Seer arrives from the Underland, Valentine is the first to smile, offer support, and talk about protocols. But he’s also the first to question things that don’t align with his vision. He always seems to know more than he says. His interest in magical artifacts, ancient prophecies, and the “integrity” of the city might seem patriotic—but there’s no denying he has his own agenda.

He’s not an obvious villain. He’s too smart for that.

He’s not easy to hate. That’s what makes him dangerous.

If power in Flamingo Springs ever shifts, Valentine will be ready. The question is: what is he waiting for?
