What counts as non-commercial? Projects made for personal enjoyment, classroom use, or sharing without profit are generally non-commercial.
Can a class print and sell a fan book at cost? Yes, classroom or school projects may be printed and shared at cost, as long as no profit is made.
Can I use existing Flyland Chronicles characters? Sometimes. Include them in your submission so we can review the idea. It is easier to approve submissions that don’t impact existing characters.
How long does approval take? We will try to reply as quickly as possible. If you need a timeline, say so in your submission.
