A grand building in Flamingo Springs where the mayor and city council meet. The lilac-colored Northern Colony flag flies at one end of the building and the sage-colored Flamingo Springs flag at the opposite end. The building is crowned by a clock tower with a bell inside that rings every 15 minutes (although fairies initially requested it ring every minute).

The interior is large and expansive with glittering chandeliers and vaulted ceilings. The offices of the mayor and city council are on the third floor of the building. Imbued busts of every past mayor (except Linford Grayson, who was extremely suspicious of imbuings and attempted to ban them) also line the third floor, which has resulted in the corridor hosting frequent policy debates. An underground tunnel connects the basement to an exit in town square.
