As the Mayor’s top courier fairy, she’s a blur of motion, a master of protocol, and a stickler for formatting consistency. Nobody knows how she fits government rolls twice her size under one arm, but city hall personnel frequently claim she could deliver a message to the other side of the flyland in the time it takes you to sneeze.
Levena once rewrote, reformatted, and color-coded a 400-page infrastructure report mid-flight after a junior clerk forgot to attach footnotes. Legend has it she once delivered a budget summary so fast the ink was still drying after she handed it off.
Outside of work, Levena enjoys synchronized chandelier dancing (a popular fairy pastime), alphabetizing spell scrolls for fun, and correcting signage in museums when no one’s looking. She hasn’t taken a vacation since the Great Form Reconciliation of ’87—but she insists she’s “almost ready.”
