Acting as Bess Belfry’s magical portal van, Teddy is equal parts vehicle, assistant, and (sometimes) grumpy companion. He may not talk (unless honking indignantly counts), but he’s always ready to whisk passengers to Flamingo Springs or drop them off on a rooftop (whether they asked for it or not). A marvel of magical engineering and Bess’s not-so-gentle chauffeur of choice, Teddy is irreplaceable.
